Delete your account and data — Memoryca

The Memoryca app is published by Boris Glušević, Supetar, Croatia.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Memoryca app and sign in.
2. Open the Menu (profile).
3. Select “Delete my account” and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Without the app

Send an email to MemorycaSupport@gmail.com from the address you registered with, with the subject “Account deletion”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

Deleting only some data

To delete only some data (e.g. specific photos, stories or messages) while keeping your account, email us at the same address and tell us what you want deleted.

What is deleted

• profile (name, username, email, profile photo, date of birth, team)
• submitted tasks with photos and location
• points, badges, rewards and reward codes
• stories, reactions, group and chat messages
• notifications and the push token

What is kept

• tasks you created may remain in the game without your name
• data in backups disappears within 30 days at the latest
